Math 24 Winners - 7th Grade

Congratulations to the 7th graders that competed in today's Southern Lakes Advanced Learners Network Math 24 meet. Everyone that participated did an outstanding job and Whitewater was well represented easily coming in first place (out of five districts) for a total team score of 777 points.

Reese Brantmeier earned 222 points and the first place trophy. Second place was won by Savannah Hill with 188 points and third place by Elijah Grall with 129 points. Fourth and fifth place trophies went to Clinton students. Audrey Mayer won the 6th place trophy. Additional team members Madison Strickler and Sophie Walton were each within just a few points of earning trophies also. Meanwhile, Andrew Rollette won each of his four non-competitive rounds at the “alternates” table. Team members awarded him the “best alternate in all of the land” award.

Great job everyone! You make us proud!
